How much are your phones?

We sell used devices for 25-30% of the cost of a new one, with the same 1-year warranty! Why buy new when you can get the same phone for a fraction of the cost?

Do you buy phones/devices?

Yes. Depending on what device you have, and if you’re upgrading to a newer one, will determine how much we pay for yours.

Are your phones used, or are they refurbished?

We sell both. “Used” means the device has never been broken or repaired. “Refurbished” means something was fixed on the device and it’s now being sold with a new warranty. We keep a thorough history of each phone, so just ask!

Does your phone come with a warranty?

Yes. 1 full year. Each device gets tested twice, first by hand, and secondly by computer to ensure it’s free of problems when you leave one of our stores. If you experience an issue within your first year, simply bring it back for a free warranties repair, or we will swap your device with one of equal value.

Do you take appointments?

Yes! All of our walk-in customers are serviced immediately. However, if you prefer to make an appointment, please fill out your information on our scheduling page, or call to secure a time.
